How do I get really good at achieving that growth. What it looks like to be a good learner. Five areas: challenge, habits of mind, mistakes, feedback, time and energy. We don’t talk a lot about being a skillful learner. Seeks to find out what students can do rather than defining their abilities. Performance learners avoid going to their best level. Stay in performance zone, but don’t go beyond their best. Challenges will come and go, but behaviors stay with them. Agile learner is proactive. What does it mean to be fragile.
